Georgia Fragkiadaki

My name is Georgia Fragkiadaki, and I come from a small village in Rethymno, Crete, where I grew up. I originally studied Structural Engineering, dreaming of designing beautiful homes. However, I soon realized that something else brought me far greater joy in my everyday life — cooking.

I began my professional culinary journey in 2014, after graduating from Le Monde Culinary School in Athens. My career started in two of Athens’ most prestigious luxury hotels, Grande Bretagne Hotel and King George Hotel, where I was introduced to creative traditional Greek cuisine.

I then continued my culinary path exploring both traditional and fusion Japanese cuisine, working for six years at Matsuhisa restaurants in Greece (Athens) as well as abroad in Paris.

In 2020, I decided to return to my hometown of Rethymno, Crete, where I worked in restaurants focused on modern Greek cuisine. Soon after, I began collaborating with my friend Kostas Parasyris, and over the past two years I have discovered a very special way of working through private cheffing. This experience allows us to share our culture through hospitality every day — presenting the exceptional traditional products of our land, the flavors and memories we grew up with, and the culinary experiences we have gained throughout the years.
