Kostas Parasyris is a private chef with deep roots in Greek tradition and a professional journey that began in London in 2017, where he took his first steps in a demanding and international environment. He later made a conscious decision to establish himself exclusively as a private chef in Crete, becoming one of the first to develop this concept on the island.
With a father from a mountain village in Crete, he grew up surrounded by strong Cretan influences, nature, and authentic cuisine. From his mother of Pontic origin, he inherited a deep connection to handmade cooking and recipes filled with history and emotion.
His experience includes working in London and Mykonos, shaping high standards and a modern gastronomic perspective. A central element of his philosophy is the use of his own organic produce, along with an absolute commitment to the quality of raw ingredients. His menus are 100% based on his family’s extra virgin olive oil and the wild herbs of Crete, which he carefully selects and uses with respect for seasonality and their natural intensity.
