Stuffed vine leaves with rice and fresh herbs

Cracked wheat salad

Fresh green beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, manouri cheese and basil

Sofegada

Seasonal vegetables, cooked in the oven with fresh tomatoes and herbs, topped with feta cheese crust, served with grilled slices of sourdough bread

Homemade phyllo crust rolls, stuffed with semolina cream and drizzled with honey syrup
